Have you ever heard of the story of the crow that was desperate to have water from the pot?? Well the old tale says he put pebbles into it and the water level rose. His desire for have water was quenched. How many of us have desires and how many are willing to get what we really need. Everyone wants to be in perfect shape, most crave to be in shape, and most just have a laid back attitude. Even if they do want a perfect body, they fail to bring in the zest in them to fulfill this desire.
The fact of the matter still remains that those who have the craving desire for something they achieve it come what may!! Nothing can stop them. Some swear by god, and some make up strange New Year resolutions like losing 10-12 kg of weight. By the time its summer, they forget what the resolution was. Wanting something desperately and having a desire to have something are two different things. For one, when you want something desperately, you either crave for it that it leads to being greedy or asking something which is way too much. Let's take an example, you need a car, or say you already have 2 cars, but just to add on another feather to you proud cap, you desperately need to buy one. That is being greedy. Now take another example. You want a house of your own as you are living in a rented apartment. Now that is desire. Many yearn to have a perfect body. However there are many who do nothing to get that perfect body. How far are they willing to go is the question? When they wish for something like losing weight, they get into the groove of finding out about the easiest ways to do so. First and foremost, diets, which begin at home. Then plain simple nutrition bars when out of the house. This does not work; they go on to have pills and capsules. In the process there are several side effects. They gain more weight along with ailments which are uncalled for. All said and done, they decide to join a gym. After a lot of grueling, they give up and say "I am better off being fat." Now that is giving up halfway!! While browsing I happened to come across a name which was mentioned most web pages. Mike Ogorek is the name. Believe it or not, he lost 137 pounds and it was just remarkable. Now that is motivating.
No matter how much you try, unless there is no aim or a burning quest to want it and achieve, anything and everything you do will be in vain!! Unless you have that any diet or even a day at the gym will be useless. Remember, there is nothing wrong is trying to achieve something which is a desire. Pain and pleasure are two sides of a coin. You find it painful to even try, but think of the happiness it gives when you actually have reached the target!!
